Subject to the undermentioned
conditions, On-Hold Marketing Limited undertakes to repair
any manufacturing defects and replace or repair any faulty
products within the defined warranty period beginning from
the date of sale to the original purchaser. It is the responsibility
of the Consumer who purchased the unit to arrange for service
under this Warranty Policy. The Conditions of Warranty referred
to are:
1) ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. shall
be under no obligation under this Warranty unless the online
warranty registration card has been completed and the purchase
docket presented when service is required.
2) ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. shall
be under no obligation:
a. In any case in which the defect is due in any way to
dirt, misuse, neglect, accident or other similar cause.
b. If the unit has been altered or repaired otherwise than
by a person authorized by ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD.
c. If the unit has been operated otherwise than from a position
approved by the Authorized Retailer by whom it is supplied
or by ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD.
d. If any serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.
e. If the unit has been installed by anyone other than a
professional installer of external on-hold devices.
3) ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. shall
not in any event be liable for any consequential or contingent
loss or damage whatsoever.
4) The liability of ON-HOLD
MARKETING LTD. for any loss or damage or injury arising
indirectly from any defect of the goods supplied, is limited
to replacement or repair of such defective goods or damages
not exceeding the invoice value of such defective goods,
at the option of ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. management.
5) This Warranty is in lieu
of all other Warranties expressed or implied, and of all
other obligations and liabilities on ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD’s
part in respect of the sale of this product, and ON-HOLD
MARKETING LTD. does not assume nor authorize any person
to assume for ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. any other liability
in connection with this issue.
6) This Warranty applies only
to products sold by ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. that are purchased
and retained in New Zealand.
7) For repairs under this Warranty
Policy, freight on goods to be returned is to be pre-paid
by the customer prior to dispatch.
8) All Warranty work is to
be conducted at the premises of ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. or
its authorized service agents unless otherwise agreed by
ON-HOLD MARKETING LTD. management.

Warranty Terms are twenty-four (24) month warranty on Music
Player for Telephone Systems excluding accessories (power
pack and multimediacards).
