Using AltoMP3Maker.
Making your Own MP3 files
from audio is extremely easy with Alto MP3
Maker.
Firstly, make sure you have
downloaded Alto from the link.

Drag Altomp3maker
onto your desktop for easier use.

Double click Alto.
It will open and ask for you to insert your CD.

Once inserted you will
see your tracks. Select the tracks you wish to extract.
This process is called "ripping".

Click on action
at the top of the Alto tool bar, then click extract.
You will see the tracks being converted into mp3 files.

Once this process is
finished it will ask you "Play now", "Create
play list" or "close", click close.

Then go to the top right
and click the folder icon. This folder
is called the output folder.

From here you will see
the tracks you have just ripped. Right hand
click and rename tracks as you wish.You can
also click and drag from this folder to your MP3 player.

Get Your MP3 Files
onto your Portable Player.
- Connect your MP3player to your computer
making sure your device is turned off and a flash memory
card is inserted.
- The DIVA MP3 Player is conected via a
USB port. You should be able to see if the device is connected
correctly by a small icon on the bottom of your desktop
tool bar.
- Double click the "My Computer"
icon. In this window you should see the device you have
just plugged into your computer. (It is called a removeable
drive).
- Double click the device icon. When this
window is open it will show you what is on the device.
- From here open your Altomp3maker and
open the output folder where you have already extracted
tracks.
- Now just click and drag from your output
folder to your device folder. Its that simple! Else right
hand click the file you want in the output folder, then
copy and paste into your device folder.
